Welcome, I am Patrick Bannister

“ Hey, I never thought about it that way.” This is a statement that I hear often. I see and intuit things differently. I am an Army brat that was born in Japan and lived in multiple places both in the US and overseas. I also went to 8 different schools, including 3 high schools. And I have traveled to Europe and Asia hundreds of times for business. Combined, these circumstances have made me feel like an outsider but also taught me how to change and adapt, rapidly. I have no crowd to follow. And they are usually wrong anyway.

I lead with clear thinking, lucid writing, and plain talk. I create new ideas and ways to explore strategy, tactics, and approaches for all types of programs and organizations. I am an expert in complex startups and fixing programs/organizations.

I play no favorites and dislike everyone equally!! At the same time I am highly supportive of staff and push for their growth. Pushing myself and others to achieve more than we ever dreamed of gives me the greatest pleasure.

The theme here is sharing thoughts, ideas, and experiences.  These are communicated in a variety of writings.

The Blog is me looking forward and back on different ideas and experiences. I started these writings with Secret of the SEALS. This is my longest article and describes my discovery of the processes used to make a SEAL.  No adventures or missions.  Just the tools to make these men into the Operators they are. Incorporate them into your life.
